The AMIEU represents workers employed in poultry processing, abattoirs, boning rooms, retail and supermarket meat rooms, cold storage, milk, cheese, smallgoods manufacturing and pet food manufacturing

This site aims to provide general information for people employed in these industries, as well as specific information for members of the Union.

Notice to AMIEU NSW Branch Members Re: Direct Debits

Members who elect to have their membership fees paid to the Union by Direct Debit should note the following:

IF YOU LEAVE YOUR EMPLOYMENT PLEASE NOTIFY THE UNION IN WRITING TO CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT DEDUCTIONS.

The Union WILL NOT be held responsible
for any bank charges if not notified

Please be aware that should insufficient funds be in your account at the time of the debit transaction, the financial institution you have your account with may impose a charge for your account being overdrawn.

Please notify the Union of change of address.
